  • Our professional bartender has over 10 years of experience bartending at high-end restaurants and hotels. With their expertise, they are equipped to efficiently serve an event with up to 100 guests. La Luna, Rosa and Madera package all include 1 skilled bartender and an additional helping hand to ensure your event runs smoothly.

  • Due to Texas laws we are unable to purchase and sell alcohol. However, we can provide you with a customized list of liquors, beer, or wine to purchase based on the details of your event. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and preferences so we can assist you accordingly.

  • Our staff's uniform typically includes black pants and an all-black polo. Alternatively, they may wear jeans paired with a white collared shirt. We are also flexible and willing to adjust our attire based on the theme of your event to ensure our bartenders complement the overall aesthetic seamlessly.

  • We are located in Fort Worth and are available to travel within a 50-mile radius for events. Any location exceeding the 50-mile radius will incur a traveling fee of $2 per mile.

  • At Madera Mobile Bartending, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our clients. To ensure a worry-free experience, we carry both general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance. This means that in the rare event of any mishaps, we are fully insured. Additionally, our staff members are TABC certified and have obtained food handling certifications, guaranteeing a professional and responsible service at all times.

  • Ideally, we recommend booking our services 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure proper preparation. However, we understand that some events may arise on short notice, and we are flexible and willing to accommodate your needs whenever possible. Please feel free to reach out to us with your event details, and we will do our best to make it a success.

  • A 33% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your event booking. The final payment is due one week before your event date, and after this payment is made, it becomes non-refundable.
